For the price you pay and the speed and components included makes this a great buy. It comes with a main menu interface that’s easy to use that includes standard apps like Netlix as well as a KODI mod. You can connect your phone to wireless stream either apple or Samsung as well. I recommend connecting a keyboard or buying a separate tv mouse that has a keyboard as it makes everything faster and easier which the only downside to this. It took me a day to fully grab the way this works, between settings and moving around. The picture output is great with the APKs installed that give great full 4k HD quality streams. Overall I really like the box for its speed and simplicity and would highly recommend anyone looking to add android to their TV.

Best customer service experience so far on Amazon!
This was initially a great box in every way. It stopped working a few months after buying it though. I contacted customer service not really expecting much but I was wrong. They got in contact with me immediately and resolved the situation! They actually went a little too overboard on making it right, lol.Good customer service is very hard to find now a day but this company still believes in it! Thank you so much for everything!

I didn't expect to receive merchandise without a cover package. I don't know whom to blame for that.

Remote was nearly useless
Standing 2 feet away, the lag in the remote made the unit nearly useless. It literally took 10 minutes to sign into Netflix.

No support seems it's only for apk and only certain ones. Save your money ...don't buy this product.
