Seiko Men's SRN049-P1 Kinetic Black Leather Watch

Very nice watch! My very first Seiko Kinetic watch! I like to have it in my pocket as a pocket watch. And just by going about my business I very easily get it charged. Now it's charged to the fullest, more than 6 months of reserve power. Keeps time very well! Specification less than 15 seconds a month of 30 days. Well in this case it's about +2.8s to+2.85s in 30 days! That's about +0.095s per day! That's gaining less than a tenth of a second a day! Easy to read. The second hand I had to establish a way of counting seconds and did so. Very happy with my purchase!Sincerely,Tony

Seiko kinetic watches are a poor mans spring drive. When you're not wearing it everyday just shake it for a minute and its good for another day. No battery and watch winders will not work. When you wear it for the day it generates several days of reserve power. So either wear it or shake it baby.

You get a ton of watch for the price point. Seiko makes watches that are in many ways comparable to the Swiss classic makers, but at literally 1/10th the price of even entry models.Yes it's a little clunkier, and maybe not as perfectly balanced, but again you're paying a small fraction to get a very nice very serviceable watch. I'm happy with mine and it sits proudly between a Baume and Mercier and Cartier and doesn't look so out of place.A solid buy and you can't go wrong.

Great watch for any collector or watch got being a kinetic watch it will hold a charge once fully charged for about 6 months. looks great wears well on and I'm always getting compliments on it.

Keeps up with my Rolex.

Exceeded my expectations. I love this brand and loyal to it. I was looking for a mature and ‘classic’ piece at a great value. Owned it it for a month now and love it!

This watch is beautiful! However, my previous Seiko, which I've had for 28 years, is in comparison rather thin and smaller in the face. I do not like a watch that does not fit under the cuff of my shirt sleeve. I think it ostentatious at best. I returned this watch to Amazon utilizing their flawless return policy. Within five (5) days I received my credit and ordered another watch. Thank you, Amazon, for your effortless return policy. Your competitors should take heed.

This watch is amazingly elegant and looks far better in real life. I wear it maybe one day a week and it is always charged between one and six months depending on my activity levels. It's sophisticated enough to wear with suits but also versatile enough to wear with jeans. It's quartz accurate but has an automatic rotor in the back which gives the best of both worlds. I’m happy.

Once the date function behaved (it jumped forward 2 days twice), it`s been excellent. If you need a watch with 6-month reserve'it is perfect; and it keeps exact time as a quartz movement. Self-winding is simply self-charging. I also like the simple day of the week indicator: it works well. An interesting watch, therefore, at a reasonable price. It gives me great pleasure.

Great clear easy to read dial?? Nothing to complicated!!
