I had really high hopes for NUTRAONE, Sleep One, unfortunately, my body chemistry had other ideas. Sleep one is an Amazing product. Before I tried these I had the need for sleep. I felt as if I was half awake and wouldn't rest. These pills are exactly what I needed I don't feel drowsy or sluggish and i wake up refreshed. The Serving amount is calculated based on general public results. Since not everyone is the same don't be afraid not follow the rules. Start using one pill and see what it does. Then move on to two and so on.

Works as advertised. 4 will make you miss alarms if less than 7hrs. It will slow your thoughts down so you can close your eyes.

I love this product! It relaxes me into a nice little sleep, and I don't wake up groggy (even if I'm not able to get a full 7 hours). I use this stuff every night, and I can really tell a difference when I don't. I only take one (it recommends 3) and that is enough.
