Perfect spotlight for a small residential flag
I bought this solar spotlight to light the flag mounted on out home. The location is at ground level on the East side of the building. As such, it gets only about two hours of direct sun this time of year (February). The rest of the day it is in the shade with more or less diffuse exposure. However the efficiency of the little solar panel, combined with what must be a good battery management system, has proven to be remarkably reliable. It comes on automatically at sunset and remains on until daybreak with only a slight decrease in brightness. I am very pleased and so is my neighbor who is a retired colonel. By the way, his flag light which he bought for more that $100 flickers out before midnight every night.

I had very bad experiences with solar lights in the past
Exceeds my expectations. Being it be solar, I had very bad experiences with solar lights in the past, either they weren't bright enough or could not last a couple days. So far this light has withstood the summer heat so we will see if it can take the winter. With the actual light, this thing is bright, it could even be used as a flashlight. I'm currently using this to light a 30ft. flag pole and since it is a "cool white" color, I might even change the leds on my path lights to match. Overall very happy with the purchase, if it can withstand winter I might consider buying another one.

Bright solar light lasts through the night.
True to advertising, this is a very bright light. Both the solar panel and the light are easily adjustable for optimal output. Most impressed with the quality.

AMIR solar spot light
Bought one last year and it works great so I bought another one. Solar panel still look good even though it has been outside in the weather 100% of the time. I use it to light my garden flag as it is an American flag and they are support to be lit or taken down. Bought the new one to light up a Maple tree.

Can't Stay Lit All Night
I can't fathom how or why everyone living this thing.i bought this to light a flag mounted on my porch. It's only 6 feet from the light to the flag and the low brightness is too low. The high setting looks great but the light can't run all night on bright so it's useless for my purposes. It gets direct Houston TX summer sun all morning and good ambient light the rest of the day so I can only conclude that the solar panel/battery are low quality and/or under sized. I didn't expect much for $16 but I thought at least work as advertised for some reasonable amount of time and then require replacement.

Nice and bright.
We have the spotlight attached to the roof of our RV lighting our American flag. It works great! It's nice and bright and stays that way all night. Would definitely recommend this. Be sure to turn it on before trying to charge it, or it won't take a charge.

4hr solar light.
Works good, but does NOT last the entire night. Maybe 6hrs. Which means I'm breaking the flag code for a couple hours every day!Update: 8/6/2017@ one month old, light goes maybe half way through the night. What a waste of money.

1.5 year life span for $20. They are “ok”.
Coming up on 2 years. I’ve bought a bunch of these to light up my palm trees for a nice look at night. I’d say all of them are down to around 60% brightness on a full sunny day. The lens are yellowed. Many have water in them. The solar panel is shedding its coating. Several are down to only 2 led’s working out of the 4.So I would say these lights are good for about a year and half and then there going down hill quick. I would rate them “ok”. If they were $10 bucks each I would love them. 20$ each for year and half life I not overly happy about. $50 will get you a 5+ year solar light that is too much light for accent lighting. So $20 is kinda ehh for me. I’m sitting here debating on buying anymore or not. For my house the cost for the accent lighting is 20$ bucks a month for the life span. Very ehhh in my opinion. If someone showed me some for 40$ they said would last 4-5 years I would buy them.

You light up my life
Looks good, works good. Paid $23 on sale so that was good. Light has two brightness settings with the higher setting surprisingly bright. I would recommend.I have been using for months now and am impressed how long the light last through the night even in my northern climes.Update: 2 years later as still going strong!

It's a solar powered LED light. The colour temperature is fairly cool so it is a little closer to white with a blue tint. I worry about how this will hold up to rain and Canadian winters. It is great lighting for some small shrubs in front.
