Nature's Way Organic Catnip Herb Capsules, 100 Count

Has greatly improved my sleep. Can't comment on the detoxifying properties as nothing to reference. I have had no apparent side effects. Do seem to dream more.

Catnip is not just for cats! This herb is famous for it's sedating effect on felines and will work for humans as well. This is our go to herb for stress relief and also when we are having issues with insomnia or sleep restlessness. The primary reason we use it, however, is to aid with digestion especially after a big meal. It has also been used for ages to help with the relief of colic in babies and nausea in children. It is from the mint family and is totally safe.We grow our own and it is very easy to do so, but it is not very handy to take with on trips and so for this reason we buy this easy to take, light green capsule from Nature's Way. We love the fact that this capsule is organic and reasonably priced. It is a bottle of one hundred and even though we usually take two at a time, this will last quite awhile.

Get cozy with a little nip of catnip -- the cats shouldn't have all the fun! Rosemary Ann Guiley (sp?) claims this can enhance your dreams. I have been remembering more of mine lately, so it can't hurt. This member of the ultra-useful mint family belongs by your bedside -- and I don't think you will go night driving, raiding the fridge or go out gambling if you do take it. None of those nasty Big Pharma side effects here. I do know that it contains acetic acid so it probably helps your digestion as well. It is definitely my sleep aid of choice and it contains magnesium so that's another plus. Give it a try and kiss your insomnia blues goodbye!

Unpleasant aftertaste and groggy next morning.

Hated this stuff but still give it 5stars. I'm sure it's just me and no fault of the herb and Natures Way is a great brand I often use.
