Perfect fit and decent for the price.
This was a perfect fit for the back of my 1999 Lincoln Navigator (which means it will work great in 98-02 Expeditions as well). I do have to cut a slit at the appropriate spot on either side to accommodate the third row seatbelts (I don't feel like removing them) but that's understandable. Speaking of third row seating, you must have the third row seat out of the vehicle for this to work properly. That's just common sense but I figured I better add that. I took my third row seat out some time ago and kept it but no plans to put it back in for a while so this mats going to do well I think. This mat will work well for the various hauling of things and other truck jobs I'm doing with it right now. It should protect the carpet pretty good. It also looks pretty cool too. The quality is decent, it is kinda thin and I don't think it would do great for lots of sharp jabby things tossed on it haphazardly like scrap metal but with some consideration it would work fine. From the feel of it, it seems like it will do well to keep stuff sliding around on it and for the price I think it's pretty darn good! 😁👍

Not difficult to get a good fit; reasonable thickness
Works well— especially for the price. Used on a Generation 2 Prius. Basically one set of cut-out line gave a good fit.Installed on a warm, sunny day. It didn’t take long for a mat to warm up and uncurl. Probably would be much harder in cold weatherYes, there is a chemical smell, but nothing that you wouldn’t expect.Had no issues with the thickness of the material. It’s about what I’d expect. It cut easily; I used kitchen shears. At first I thought Ir have to measure the cargo area, once the mat warmed up and laid flat, it’s flexible enough that it I just put the mat in the area and centered it and determined which set of cut-off lines to use. I started at the back and worked up to the rear seat. It came with a narrower part to fit between the wheel wells. But it would have been a lot harder to do in cold weather.I’ll probably buy another to replace the liner in our Rav 4.

Fits Subaru Legacy
Took less than 10 minutes with a pair of household scissors and a marker. Good enough fit for a Subaru Legacy 6th gen (2014-2019). Mat shed a little rubber crumbs from the bottom as I moved it around, but no deterioration on the top side, where it counts. Good non-skid effect for various crates of stuff, even when taking sharp corners. Good purchase for the price.

Smelled bad. Then It Didn't...
For the price, this is a nice item. However, when I took it out of the box and unrolled it, uh...no. Smelled like a refinery (and not in a good way). Not putting this in a hot car in Colorado. Liked the form and heft so much though, thought it'd be worth trying something.Unrolled this thing on my deck for a couple of WEEKS of heavy duty heat and sun exposure, flipping it over every couple of days. Got rained couple times; may've helped. Just before the return-by date passed, I put it in the back of my new (to me) Venza, hot day...nuthin'. If it was still out-gassing, well, I sure couldn't smell it. Big enough, too, and lays flat, Needs trimmed to fit perfectly, no biggy.Nice.

Fantastic value
I bought this to line my trunk compartment so I wouldn't have to keep vaccuuming dry grass from golf gear out of the carpeting. When it showed up, I was anxious that it would be difficult to cut to size, because it was a lot heavier and thicker than I expected. I was wrong - it couldn't have been easier. I was able to easily cut along the lines with a pair of kitchen shears. It might have been more difficult to cut the thicker part with scissors, but I didn't need to. I wanted it to be slightly large, to curl upwards around the edges and keep dried grass from caking up at the edges. I was able to leave it slightly large all around, and still it laid perfectly flat - the excess just molded very nicely up the sides. It is a much easier surface to vaccuum than the carpeting, and I can also easily just pull it out, shake it and replace it. I'm very happy with the looks, the quality, the ease of cutting, and the price.

heavy odor from mat
the mat is of good quality and gives a lot of flexibility to properly fit due to the ability to cut it as needed. But the odor from the mat was a very heavy rubber odor, almost overpowering. I did not even put it in my new van as the smell was just too heavy. I thought I would allow it to breath for awhile (1 week), so I put it on top of some items in my insulated shed, in hopes that eventually the air circulating would dissipate the smell - no such luck. Unfortunately, I had to return it

Needs quite a bit of trimming
Super durable, thick rubber - quality made. This particular mat required a lot of trimming to get it to fit even though Amazon garage said it fits my car. I have an 2022 VW Atlas SEL R line. It didn’t fit without trimming it quite a bit. I will say it seemed to have trimmed easy enough. My husband used a razor knife (box cutter) and it worked. I am very particular about what goes in my car so I was skeptical at first. After my husband trimmed it the look is pretty good. It seems rather easy to clean. It comes out easy so all you need to do is take it out and wipe it down. If it wasn’t for needing to be trimmed so much I would’ve given it five stars.Overall I would say it’s a good value for my money.
