The flavor of this blue cheese dressing, which is composed of blue cheese, vinegar, and oil and other things, eclipses that of the blue cheese that is in a creamy base. It’s a little bit salty. I didn’t check the salt content. One of the problems that I experienced was that I was pouring the oil first.I remedied that. I pour the oil into a measuring cup and then add the dressing to my salad. I also add a little of the oil in the measuring cup. And then I put the oil back into the bottle. There are ways of getting around this, but I think this is simple and doesn’t hurt the product. It’s really good. I have used it for years and happened to find it on Amazon at a much better price than here in New Orleans.

Do not purchase. The bottles arrived broken with salad dressing everywhere and are non-returnable nonrefundable don’t waste your money.

This dressing is great and hard to find, but expensive on Amazon and terribly expensive shipping. Found it somewhere else.

I've been looking for this product for awhile. It's my husband's favorite salad dressing so glad I found it on line. Bottles were dated 3 months out, which I don't think will be a problem with just 3 bottles. Packed well and came when expected.

We bought Martinique dressings for years at the fancy supermarket. We like most of the flavors, with the blue cheese being our fave. Now that it doesn't carry them, we were happy to find it on Amazon.

This is a must try if you like the flavors. It's great. Been using it for years and it is not available in any grocery close to me in the Pacific NW.

I was looking for a specific brand of a blue cheese vinaigrette that I used to be able to get at the grocery store but I can’t find anymore so i decided to try this brand. I was very disappointed it had very chemical kind of aftertaste that I didn’t like.
