I recently got back into cubing a bit just on a whim, and was playing with my old cube when I realized just how bad it was, so I ordered this cube. It was pretty cheap, which made me think that the quality may not be there, but since I'm not sure how long this interest will last, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on what might be better quality cubes. But for what I was looking for, this cube is fantastic! The layers all slide over each other very easily and are very forgiving if you don't line them up exactly. Due to the angled corners of each cubelet, a misalignment almost gets automatically corrected for you. In addition, the internal construction of each layer seems to have some give, so even if you hold a layer slightly out of place while turning an opposing layer, the entire cube will kind of "stretch" to allow you to complete the move. Overall this makes the cube much faster than the one I'd been using. And since it's all just solid pieces of plastic (no stickers) I suspect it will hold up quite well over time, assuming that the layer rotation doesn't degrade. For the price, this is a really good cube, in my layman's opinion. If I was a "professional" speed cuber I might go for a more expensive one, but this one completely met and needs and expectations.

I had been looking for a Rubik's cube for my son who has autism and this one seems to be really good. It's smooth on turning but stays in place and the materials give it a bit of weight to it that I think is helpful for my son and his sensory needs. It is durable, it has been dropped a few times already and nothing has dented or popped off. Great Product and worth the money!

Lots of fun to play with. I love that this is like a well-oiled machine, doesn't stick at all. You can turn it with a single finger.

Let's get the good out of the way first. Unlike the Rubik's Cubes from mainstream toy companies, this cube is buttery smooth. Unlike the stiffness seen in the models from Hasbro, the pieces will move with barely any force. I can hear the springs inside the cube, though. While I haven't had the cube for long, this could indicate that, with age, the cube may not keep this maneuverability as long.The cube is also built with colored plastic instead of stickers. Since you're not playing with stickers, it means that not only do you not have to worry about peeling from wear and tear, but also you don't have to worry about jerk friends swapping stickers around.Unfortunately, this leads me into the bad. I don't know why, but instead of having orange as a side, this one has a salmon colored side. Not a neon or pastel orange, as seen with the other colors, it's more of a pink that is similar to the red color. If you play in a room with a single light source, it can be hard from looking at a glance to tell what color a piece is if you have the salmon side in the shaded part of the cube when solving it.Overall, though, I would say to stick to this cube, as it actually seems to be built better and play better and it's even more fun to mix this one up instead of solving it due to the smooth feel.

I recently got into speed cubing, and this cube has been a great choice for beginners like me! It offers a really smooth experience without having to drop a ton of money on a high-end cube. While it’s definitely not the fastest or smoothest cube on the market, it performs really well for its price.The turning is easy and fluid, which makes learning new algorithms much more enjoyable. I’ve had a lot of fun practicing with it, and it’s been a great tool for improving my skills. If you’re just starting out with speed cubing and don’t want to spend a fortune, this is an excellent option.For anyone new to the hobby, I highly recommend it—it’s a great way to get into cubing without breaking the bank!

$9 for such an awesome 3x3 cube is crazy. This is durable, smooth, and looks great! Very happy with this

Very cool and pretty but the plastic piece fall off very easily. My kids like it (they don't have to fix it when it breaks).
