Overstuffed on back cushion and understuffed on bottom cushion, which make you sit forward and uncomfortable to sit for long, also cushion already out of shape after one week, would not recommend to heavily built people. Very difficult to build. Lovely cuddle chair to look at but not for comfort unfortunately.Cant fault the service at Abakus though very helpful phoned to say could deliver next day if convenient which it was, the delivery man was lovely and very helpful.

Had a few issues with getting the wrong parts for the sofa but can not fault the company who put it right with no arguments. Delivery guy was amazing and very helpful. The sofa it’s self looks amazing but it’s not the most comfortable sofa but you get what you pay for in that area.

I recived a faulty item, leg would not screw in to the sofa and also I couldn't attach the arm rest to the sofa as it did not have enough holes. I reported this to the company and I had to several images before they agreed to replace it and now following me chasing them to see when they will come and pick the broken item and replace for it new one they have agreed to refund my money but I now have to pay for postage to be sent back, really bad service.

Difficult to assemble due to misaligned bolt holes. Cheap plastic legs. Seats and backs lost their shape within days of normal everyday use. Mainframe broken and loose parts (most likely from transit) Thin cheap fabric. Untidy joints in the piping on show at the front of seats and backs.

Had not even 3 months. Leg has bust off it and all the stuffing is flat had to try make do by buying memory foam pads. Dont waste your money

Awful !Seat cushions went flat and misshapen after just 4/6 weeks no support. Messaged but no reply.Total waste of money and we are now stuck with them 😡

Absolutely love this cuddle chair. From the superb , friendly staff at the ordering stage to the lovely delivery man nothing is too much trouble. You are kept fully informed throughout and the quality and prices are excellent. I would recommend the company and the product to anyone !

So useless, they need to change the stuffing in the cushions!
