This has made a difficult situation a little easier.
My husband, who is not happy about the catheter anyway, has found it the wrap comfortable between his leg and the cath. At other times he is happy he can tuck the cath into the wrap.

A "life changer" at our house!
Bought these for my husband who just had bladder surgery, anticipating that he would come home with a catheter based on prior surgery. With 1st surgery we used the daytime leg bag attached with the skinny little elastic straps that came with it but they did not hold the bag well and were constantly slipping. With this surgery we used the sleeve holder and it was a BIG difference to my husband. People have said that the "netting" pocket of the bag was not sturdy but we did not find this the case at all. The sleeve stayed on his leg and did not slip. The netting pocket held up fine. He is now done with the catheter and the sleeves washed just fine (in a laundry bag) and we've tucked them away in case we need them again.

Well made. The correct size is critical not to slide down to your ankles.
It's is well made and world work well, But it was way to loose compared to similar sellers.I use a stretch mesh type bag holder at night only, but they tend to slip down your leg during the night. The mesh type holds a 32 Oz/1000cc bag which I need to make it through a night and not have to get up.I use an external catheter for severe incontinence after prostate cancer surgery to remove my prostate followed by radiation. Bag holders just don't work well. They will fall to your ankles if you do much of anything.I started buying either cargo shorts or long cargo pants, preferably with bellows pockets. I cut a small slit in the bottom of the pocket bellows for the drain valve and another slit at the top of the pocket to route the hose to the cath. That way, the only thing you see is the drain valve and if you're going out, you can tuck the valve inside and no one knows. With the bag in your pocket, it is secure and no falling ever. I also use a small plastic crab type hair clip on the backside where the hose exits to the Cath to prevent the hose from dropping back into the pants pocket. If your exit hole is snug, you won't need the clip. Also after you cut the slit, either sew or apply fabric glue around the slit to prevent fabric thread unraveling. If someone has more energy than me, this would be a great item to manufacture and go onto Shark Tank with. I feel there a great need for these type pants if you can reach the Male incontinence crowd. If you do, mention you heard it from Don's review.

Awesome
Lovely invention. I use this for my nephrostomy bag which was way better than a Velcro strap. It didn’t slip, it was comfortable, fit well, and had a convenient opening at the bottom for draining so you don’t have to pull out the whole bag each time you need to drain it.

They work-but stretch and slide down
These work waaaay better than the flimsy elastic straps that come with the leg bags-but even when measuring and choosing a “snug” size, these stretch out within a day and sag-especially when the bag is getting more full. Even so, they are so much better than the alternative!

Size
Wrong size, should have been small

Great value for the money
I actually got these from my boyfriend because he wears a catheter. He was complaining that the bag is always hanging down so I came across this leg sleeve and told him about it. He said go ahead and order it. He wears them every day so I may have to buy them a few more sets Said they’re very comfortable and he was glad I found them.

Overall helpful but could be better
This holder is a good concept, but could be better. Where the elastic straps that come with my 1000ml leg bag tends to slide down when moving or as it fills, thought this holder would help. Found that the material stretches quickly, and holder also slides down when moving and as bag fills. The pouch accommodates my 1000ml leg bag unlike some other holders. But I had to modify this holder by attaching (sewing/tacking) a silicone 2" elastic leg strap at the top, as well as reinforcing the exit so bag would not pull thru as it fills. With those modifications, was then able to move more freely and more confidently. Still have to make adjustments as bag fills, but product is then usable. Also can be used as a sleeve to prevent leg chaffe (when using original leg bag straps to prevent bag from rubbing on your leg, or for those that also have a leg brace for walking).
