Perfect little 7 inch pan. Clips are secure on the lid. Stainless steel bakes flan evenly. Pan is small enough to fit in a cake pan for water bath cleans easily. If you get some hardened caramel on the bottom just soak it in hot water and it will liquify easily. It’s of good quality and should last forever. I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

Compré este molde porque quería hacer flan como en Cuba, y de verdad funciona perfecto. El tamaño es ideal (1.5 cuartos de galón), caben buenas porciones y no se pega nada. La tapa cierra bien y eso ayuda a que el flan quede parejito al cocinarlo.Lo probé en baño de María y también en la olla de presión, y en ambos casos salió espectacular. Se limpia fácil, no se oxida, y el material se siente resistente.💡 Recomendación: engrásalo un poquito antes de poner el caramelo para que salga aún más fácil.Muy contento con la compra. ¡Ahora el flan me queda igualito al de la abuela!

Si estaba bien la segunda vez porque la primera vez no salió bien pero gracias Enviaron uno nuevo que ese si funcionaba como debería ser porque el primero no cerraba bien quedaba abierto gracias
