Q: The remote buttons seem to be reversed, when I press the open button the curtains close and vice versa! Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Long press the OPEN and CLOSE buttons simultaneously, the motor will vibrate, now press the STOP button for 3 seconds, the motor will vibrate again and the direction change should be done.

Q: What is the Length ? Can 2 be connected together ?

You can buy up to 8 m long! you can make longer tracks (if you buy more than 1 kit)

Q: What type of curtain headers should I use, would it be pencil pleat with plastic hooks onto the provided carriers?

Pencil pleat with either steel or plastic hooks are the most used header for our tracks. Thanks.
