Hi, Every purchase includes a double sided adhesive that allows you to stick the case to a phone if desired. It does fit on a large iPhone, depending on what model you have. Some models it may not be possible depending on the camera position on the phone. The dimensions for the case itself is: 14cm (L) x 5.2cm (W) If you would like to check before purchasing. Not sure. I have stuck mine to an iPhone 8 plus in the past & iPhone 12 with no issues. The magnetic case it comes in is not strong, I stuck mine with double sided tape

No. Looks like the frame and lens are a one piece moulding

not sure what you mean temple to temple but the glasses are approx 13 cms across. (measured from the top of the glasses . I love them and have two pairs. clear and tortoiseshell . I don't have both styles but looking at the case which is designed to fit both styles they measure the same. very very thin and don't break when you drop them.
