The serving size is 3 pills but I honestly think you’d get more benefit out of taking 1 to 2 as the vitamins A, B, etc are really high and can cause adverse side effects with the recommended amount. Women are only supposed to have around 700 mcgs daily and 3 of these contain almost 3000. This can cause long term damage to your kidneys, liver, and brain. All in all a good clean vitamin if taken at a much lower recommended dose.

One pill a day does everything.

I’ve been using these for a few months now and notice a difference in my overall energy and mood. It’s easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach. I wanted to consolidate the multivitamins and herb/organ blend I was taking separately before - and this did the trick and actually made me feel better.
