We enjoyed using this for about 3 months. Then the part that holds the suction to the neck broke off. Also the suction cup will warp in hot weather.Edit 08/19/2019: Customer service reached out to us and replaced this with a different unit. The new unit, which is a dash mount and not a windshield mount has been working great. I've raised my review from 1 star to 3 to reflect the good customer service.

I bought this in April and was really happy with it.. used it everyday.. stay tuck to the windshield better than any of the other ones I tried... however a month after using it I noticed it shaking while I was driving thought it came loose so reattach.. 2 days later noticed the arm was drooping so disconnected and noticed the part that connected the arm to the suction cup had cracked & broke... was very disappointed

Was really excited about this product. Mounted well on the window but would not hold my S8 plus in the case. I have just a basic plastic case, nothing fancy, no pop locks or anything like that. I had to take it out of the case for my cellphone to stay in it. I had concerns about it but still used it bc we were going out of town and state for dr appointments and for vacations. Then while on the interstate the holder fell from the window and broke. The spring came out of the holder to the sunction cup.

Don't expect to use this for an extended period of time. If your car vents allow it I recommend a mount that attaches to your vent and that uses gravity to engage so it doesn't require two hands to put your phone into the mount.

This product does a really nice job of holding your cell phone in place. Because I have a minivan, the windshield is quite a distance from my arm's reach so the long arm on the holder works well for me.

Fits my phone perfectly. I just wish there was another one exactly like this to fit my TomTom GPS. Other then that, it's definitely very sturdy, has not fallen and holds well. Best phone holder I have bought!

The part that attaches to the window is anchored to the unit (where the lever is that achieves the suction) by three tiny little plastic parts that aren’t strong enough to survive the weight of my iPhone X (or any smart phone with a protective case, I suspect). The unit lasted until just after the return window closed when one of those parts broke, the spring popped out and the whole thing was useless. I really like MPow products but this one is not worth even its low price.

This product is not good handling the weight of a Samsung 9 Plus, it came down and broke from the suction part. I would not reccomend it for large devices, a waste of money.
