Pinus mugo var. 'Mughus' (Dwarf Mugo Pine) Evergreen, #3 - Size Container

This plant is a beautiful, healthy specimen much better and bigger than I expected, having ordered many plants in the past. The packing was extraordinary keeping the plant damp and well protected. I will probably order a few more this Spring.....five+++++stars!

It is amazing quality and much larger than expected!

I bought 4 of these beautiful Mugo pines a year ago. They arrived in exceptional shape. Planted them in a bed that follows my side walk to my front door. I must say, I was concerned about them and how successful they would be in that spot. I live in South Dakota, where we get a lot of snow and sub zero temperatures, so I really didn't have high hopes of them wintering over. Add that to the fact that the snow removal people just piled the snow on top of the pines, so at the peak, I had a good 4 foot of snow and ice piled on top of these plants. Well, they not only wintered over just fine, spring has brought on a massive amount of new growth. They are covered with candles and are just looking so lovely. I highly recommend these plants. I am so very happy with this purchase.

On the advise of an Amazon Rep., I messaged the nursery, Green Promise Plant Farm twice using their website message center. The plant died a little past the 30-day Amazon return policy. Green Promise Plant Farm has yet to get back to me. It's been about 2 weeks. I'm very disappointed since they have some good reviews. I should have paid more attention to the bad reviews. Also the plant was pack ok, the dirt was scattered throughout the box but I thought it is was ok because the plant looks alive. At Home Depot, their return policy and plant guarantee is for 90 days. I would not buy from this store again. To the very least, they should have communicated back to me instead of ignoring my 2 messages I sent them.

Bought and received five bushes last spring. They looked great. Sadly: one passed away. Replaced this spring. Picture is one of the four remaining bushes. The all look great and healthy.

The bush has full green branches...very healthy! I was surprised that the soil in the pot was very moist which helps keep it from shock during planting. Most plants I have ordered on-line are so dry out that I have to soak them for a good ten minutes before doing anything with them. I can tell this nursery cares a lot about their product!

Very Please to find this variety of dwarf mugo pine when I wanted it. None are available locally to me.The plant arrived in perfect condition and looks to be in excellent condition. Highly recommended.
