Well built and fits perfectly, even with a stainless cage locked on. A little clumsy to put on the first time until you figure it out. But also not meant for those with smaller jewels. If you don’t wear the large cages with the 50-55 rings and the longer tubes, then this might be oversized for you. Feels great having one solid weight instead of multiple 3/8 shackles. But this item is NOT for beginners! Start with 3/8 stainless shackles from a hardware store. Once you can handle 3 of them, roughly a pound, then you can look into something like this. But that takes months, do NOT rush it! And don’t overdue it! Yes it locks, but it’s not meant for full time wear and can cause permanent damage if your not careful.

Great idea but it nearly takes three hands to situate into place. What’s more, the testicle cage is about as oversized as a ten pound salami in a two pound bag, that is unless you happen to suffer from elephantus of the balls. Again, quite difficult to situate into place without pinching greatly.Given the exorbitant price for this device and it’s many flaws I’d suggest tentative buyers just purchase cock ring weights in conjunction with a chastity device. Much more effective and actually works!

The other two reviews at time of my writing this one are saying two completely different things, and they are very confusing to read back to back. I had my first experience with this ball stretcher, and here are my thoughts, as a fairly experienced kinkster, with average-to-small balls:First off, this device is NOT for the inexperienced. It has many clamps and closures that make for many pinch points to watch out for as you're putting it on. Be careful, go slow, and really pay attention to how all the parts fit together. I would also recommend lubing yourself up first, if possible. Helps your junk take the path of least resistance.Secondly, this device is HEAVY. Plenty of tug just from gravity alone. Easily the heaviest piece of c/b jewelry I have now. Feels great swinging between your legs.Third, this device is SECURE. Once its on, its not coming off without that key. It will stretch you a bit too, just because of its size and weight. If you have high and tight balls, this may be impossible for you to wear, unfortunately.Lastly, this device comes with adjustable/removable spikes along the inside of the locking part. I took them out, as I just wanted to get a feel for it without torturing myself in the process. I may try to put them back in later, but a bigger masochist may love having them there from the start. Adjustable/removable with the included Allen Wrench.Ive ordered Ternence products before, but this piece is among the highest quality ive seen yet. I dont think this can be worn with chastity unless you have some real low hangers, but im not sure on that. A test for another day.I give it 4 stars overall because of the craftsmanship and nice, heavy feel of the piece. Only taking 1 star off because they don't provide any clear instructions on how to put it on, and it is quite complicated. (Clasp closures are to be faced outward!) Still Ternence has really outdone themselves with this one. Try it if you can spare the $

I really want to order this product, but it needs to be bigger in inner diameter. PLEASE make it atleast 1.5-1.75-2.00 inches in inner diameter. Itd be great and number one!
