Restores (relative) peace to our house...
I love these! I don't have them plugged in all the time, but when a new cat comes into our household or when, for some cat reason, the cats get aggressive with each other, I plug them in for a month or two and things settle down. They are so simple to use, simply screw on a bottle and plug in, they don't take up the entire outlet so you can still plug in other devices, the design is modern and understated. They don't have a funky odor like some plugins I've used, so I like that. They usually last about a month so you have time to order more when you install the last ones. I use 3 at a time, one in each area where the cats spend a lot of time. They are very effective, taking cat interactions from fur flying fights to non-violent games of chase. That works for us!

Truly does help cats!!
Wasn’t sure how to feel about these when I looked them upon Amazon. These were purchased because I was living in a house where there was 10 cats and four dogs. Three of the dogs were puppies found in the edge of my friend’s property because they were dropped off by some random person. Unfortunately the cats, up to this point, had lived at the house with only one other dog who was older and knew how to act with the cats. When the new puppies were brought into the house the cats started to become stressed and began peeing on everything. I found these and hoped they would truly help the situation.Thankfully they worked right away. The partOf it that holds the fluid slips into the base and then clicks into place. They plug right into the outlets anywhere in your home or RV, wherever you have the cats staying. So they are very easy to use. They are not very big in size so they don’t take up much room.

great product but expensive
Like that it comes with extra refills and diffusers to ave handy when needed but the price is pretty expensive to maintain. It doesn't last the full 30 days for each bottle and sometimes leave an oily residue on walls. I don't put them under any furniture or near any objects due to the oily residue getting all over items ( learned the hard way) which is almost impossible to wipe off. It did seem to calm one of my cat but did opposite for the others lol. So We only used it when we went away for a few days to help tame the beasts lol

leaked in shipment; leaked on floor, damaged wall over outlet
Two of the bottles leaked a bit in shipment, the box and everything in it was greasy. I was expecting it to be packaged better with some partitions etc, but the bottles and diffusers were just rattling around loose in the box.I had used this brand of cat calming product previously but had stopped buying it because the previous diffuser design seemed like a fire hazard, emitting a strong burnt-type odor. The latest design seems better in that respect, with no smell at all that I can detect. I don't know whether the product itself is effective since I'm mostly using this as a precaution, with a new cat ready to introduce to the household once she gets out of her initial post-adoption quarantine.Update: reduced this to 1 star. When plugged in, it leaked all over my floors and rugs under the outlets. I also found that it was leaving an oily residue on the walls over the outlet. The rugs can be thrown in the trash and the floor has a sealed finish and seems to have come clean, but the oil soaked into the drywall. I tried scrubbing it with Dawn dishwashing liquid, which did nothing to remove it. I'm going to have to try TSP, a sealing primer, and repainting, I guess.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR HOME.

Not sure 🤷♀️
I honestly am not sure what to say about these diffusers. I have two cats that were born in a feral colony, but there’s roughly 3 years between the two of them. One’s a female and one is a male. I have been dealing with aggression from my male cat for sometime. I’ve spoken to the vet. I have tried calming drops, calming collars, calming treats , interaction with toys that make him have to run around, with hopes that will wear him out. He becomes hyper focused on her so when he decides he’s going to jump on her, a distraction is momentarily, and he goes back to his mission of jumping on her. He was neutered at the appropriate time in his life. They have separate litter boxes, separate food, bowls, and the only thing they do share is a water fountain. The only time they actually get along is when we have company and they are in their room together. For the most part, neither of them have ever liked strangers or my grand dog so they will go into that room and stay until people leave.Anyway, I’m trying these as a last resort before I lose my sanity. They have been plugged in for two weeks now and I honestly feel like he’s gotten worse. I’m going to give it a couple more weeks to see if they just need to get more exposure.Be cautious about where you place them. I happen to notice that one area I plugged it in there was oil on the wall, and another was near a heat register, and it was dripping as if someone had dumped oil over it.Edit: as I sit here, another night of middle of the night zoomers and hissing currently happening, I’ve just realized it’s not only not helping, it’s worse so maybe it’s just my cats and the way it is.

It works!
I honestly did not believe this would work but I was running out of options. My two neutered male cats would wrestle and fight all day and night to the point of hair flying. This had significantly reduced that mess and they coexist much better.
