Q: Will this work with my PS4 also or just on PC and PS3?

Judging from other responses and personal experience, this controller may be quite stubborn at times, even on the PC, so, I'd recommend it for PC with an external software for key-mapping, for example xPadder. However I do not have any personal experience with it on PS, read other comments and make your own judgement, although it's clear that it has some annoying issues.

Q: Do the keys has a back light?

No. Do not buy it sucks. Waste of money.

Q: has anyone tried this on android?

I have not tried it personally, but at least the mouse and keyboard should work since it shows up as a standard HID device. Not sure if Android supports gamepads that way, but if it does, that should work too. You won't be able to run the mapping software for it, however.

Q: I am about to return this, it just stops working. if I let it sleep sometimes it wont resync upon waking. touch a thumbstick and it stops working.

when it sleeps and you wake it, it defaults to 3d mouse....so i switch it. if that isn't the problem...return it.I have had 0 issues with mine. There shouldn't any issues.
