It works
Perfect fit and it was very easy to install. Actually, much easier than I anticipated. I was backwashing filter the same day, and the seal worked perfectly.

Doesn't last.
I bought this a while ago, so better late than never.It fit and worked for about 3 months. After that, is started to swell and crack and didn't seal anymore.I have a low concentration chlorine, in-ground pool. Not sure if the gasket material is not compatible with a chlorinated pool or what the problem is, but I cannot recommend this product.

Didn’t need it and it didn’t fit in my skimmer
I ordered this gasket because it said people also buy this item with the skimmer valve I purchased. It didn’t fit in my skimmer so I didn’t use it and didn’t even need it.
