I am currently enjoying my second bag of oat straw and find this brand to be one of the best tasting. It has a smooth mild comforting flavor that makes me feel like it's tucking me into bed. I do drink it in the day sometimes when stressed. All one needs to do is search the benefits of oat straw to find why it's a helpful drink for wellness. The bag is big, affordable, and lasts me a long time.*I have seen some reviews about the location the tea originates from, but doing a bit a research you'll find though it may be imported, it's held to the same standards and testing as all teas sold in the US. I was pleasantly surprised at how much product I received. Drank a cup of Oat Straw tea last night and felt so calm and peaceful. Slept soundly. The taste is mild.

I learned about the properties of Oatstraw, from an influencer on YouTube, Veldaya Chapman (Earth Mama Medicine). I ordered this in the Winter time, to help with hormonal balance, and + mood balance. It came very timely, and was very natural. The tea was really soothing, and I soaked it in hot water in a mason jar, and drank it daily.

I made an infusion with 1 ounce oat straw to 4 cups water. I drank 2 to 3 cups in the late afternoon/evening and was happy to find my sleep quality greatly improved. Lately I've been waking up around 2am and being unable to fall back asleep for an hour or two. After drinking the infusion, I would still wake up, but could fall back asleep in 10-20 minutes.

Purchased on recommendation of my dietician. This is a food quality brand. I'd never tasted oat straw tea before purchasing this product. It reminds me of chamomile. Very nice warm. Probably good iced, too.
