I ordered this chair to work out of in our new covid world. My husband keeps trying to steel it.Overall I'm pretty happy with it, but a few comments for other purchasers.I'm 5'9, the seat depth is a bit too long for me. It was made for someone taller than me with longer legs.This affects the lumbar support, which I find lacking. I put a pillow behind me.Length to floor is adjustable and my feet touch the floor on the lowest setting.The tilt mechanism is good, the bottom feels sturdy, it's got good balance.Only downside is the arms are bolted into the bottom and back to hold the chair together, they are not adjustable. I feel these bolts will be where this chair fails.Update 12/26 A few months later the chair is still intact, though the foam cushion seems to be less and less cushy. The pleather is holding up ok. Still need a pillow for lumbar support.I need to purchase a second chair, but I will not purchase this model again.

I ordered months ago but it was very late. However when it came it was easy to put together minus some issues getting screws aligned. Seems sturdy and comfortable though it is not very wide. Not a problem for me, but someone who is 400lbs might have issues.The communication with the company was lacking. The only way I got updates is if I contacted them and asked. Every time a different staff responded (within 24hrs) and was lacking consistency. Long story short I learned through multiple communications that A) the black was out of stock and B) It was running late. Something that could have been solved if I was just told outright those two things when I ordered.

The chair is decent for the price. I purchased it several months ago, wanted to make sure I really had a chance to use it before I wrote a review. The past chair I had was causing me back issues, so I purchased this chair to help with that. It has helped and it is much better than my previous one. The downside is that the chair does not feel like a solid build. It wobbles a bit and the arms and back do not feel overly secure, even though they were when I first put it together.

Packaging was adequate. Box a bit rough but parts were undamaged.Assembly was easy. 23 minutes. 12 bolts.Early impression is it's very comfortable. 6'4" 290 lbs here. I've got a 32" inseam and my feet sit flat on ground barefoot with chair at Max height.My first fixed arm chair but the arms are right where I would put adjustable arms.So far so good. Will review again down the road if it falls apart.

I am 6'6 tall and almost 300 pounds. this chair's seat and back height were actually smaller then my Fiance's regular office chair and feel just as flimsy. My Girl's put it together for me while i was at work so I didn't get a chance to see/ measure it before construction. Really cant get it hydraulic cylinder out of the chairs base "press fit" base to return without damaging the base. Thier product and Support wants pictures etc. basically the want you to prove their claim wrong that it is "Not" a big and tall chair. Do yourself a big favor move to the next product because this one is the same as any "regular" office chair on here for $80 to $100.

This product is very poor quality. It makes claims of being the Big and Tall and bears a bit heavier weight. After a very short time the chair became unstable and the base where the the wheels attach have broken. The company is responsive but offers NO immediate solution and responds with be patient. This is fine but waiting nearly a month for replacement is unacceptable. I get the pandemic but this is my only option in my work from home office and waiting this long is not an option. Please beware of this product!

It's a decent chair for what I paid for it but I wish I had gotten something nicer. The seat of the chair kind of leans forward a bit so it's not as comfortable as it looks. Additionally, there are plastic covers to go over the screws that just constantly pop out so I ended up just taking them off entirely.

Every time you sat down in it, it sounded like they had a Whoopi cushion in the seat. It would be great as a gag chair but not for the professional setting it was purchased for. Unless you run a clown school, then it would be perfect.
