Great Pharmacology reference
It is very detailed includes the Beers list. It is a smaller book, but heavy!

Lack of
There is a lack of information information on Midwifery related drugs. Such as adverse reactions with Postpartum Hemorrhage drugs. This is invaluable to me because of this issue.

Was Ok but very small print and hard to read

Previous editions were better
This is not as good as the previous editions especially in the specific drug categories. The older versions had more information about medications but this does have a lot more information about nursing specific issues than the previous volumes. It is just ok.
