Dont judge a book by its cover not here anyway
So you get this thing and you think, oh wow super lightweight cheap feeling purple vacuum. Greaaaat. Then you plug it in and turn it on and realize you cant judge this book by its cover. It is scary powerful. It is super loud but worth it for the deep clean it provides. The thing pulls itself forward when the bristles are set to the lowest setting. the connectors and couch cleaner attatchment works great. Very satisfied for the price.

Nice cheap vacuum
I have had this vacuum about 18 months now bought it May of 2016 so I thought I’d write a review. Initially I bought this vacuum for my massage office since it’s a tiny space and I didn’t need a big fancy vacuum, but then my vacuum at home broke about 4ish months ago and I brought this one home to use while I looked for a replacement. It works really well for a cheap $56 dollar vacuum. I own 3 large dogs 2 of which are German shepherds and this baby sucked up their fur without a hitch.... until it didn’t. It was loosing suction even after I cleaned out the filters, until I took it apart and noticed a ( Wookiee) got stuck in the valve where you turn it from floor to tools and now it works like it did when I first bought it.Some other cons I don’t care for is how short the cord is. Even for my tiny massage office I have to unplug it and plug it in else where to be able to vacuum the whole place. The hose is short too and doesn’t like to stay in it’s clip when you aren’t using it. But all around it’s still a good cheap vacuum.I’d defiantly recommend this vacuum to a college student, someone on a budget that really needs a vacuum or anyone with a small office.

Nope. NO! NO! NO!!!!!
I have had this vacuum for about a year. I haven't liked it since I got it. It is a very awkward little thing. You have to step on the base completely to pull the handle down. The cup is very difficult to open and falls out if you don't insert in back in exactly... which in itself isn't easy. It does the job but unless you want vacuuming to become an even more unpleasant chore you should keep shopping.UPDATE: 6/12/2017: This is by far the worst money I have ever spent! I am so angry that a brand like "Eureka" would put their name on this POC!!! The only thing in life that should suck is your vacuum! I bought it on budget and because of the reviews. I am disabled and needed a lightweight reliable vacuum to keep up my home. I have chased this vacuum on hands and knees picking up the wads of hair and dirt that it just kicks out to the sides. I have even hired housekeepers to care for my floors because I thought maybe I simply was not strong enough to operate it effectively. The outcome was the same no matter who used it. I have paid 4 times as much for maid service to vacuum my floors than this vacuum even costs! Please! Do yourself a favor, Do Not Buy This Product!!!

Good value for price, but you should just invest in a nicer one.
This is the loudest vacuum with the shortest cord that I have ever used. It's insanely loud, and I dread turning it on, even with earplugs. I don't understand how the suction can even be this strong (it's really strong), while obviously having some sort of ear-piercing leak/disfunction somewhere. It sounds like a loud motor, loud suction, and loud high-pitched leak.Besides the need for earplugs, this is a great price for a starter vacuum, and has excellent suction when upright. I don't feel like the hose for attachments has as strong of a suction, and yes, I turned the knob all the way to "tools."It's a great price, because it's light and probably made of cheap materials. It's great value for the price, but I think the Earth would thank you for investing in something that doesn't look and feel like it's going to break any minute. Admittedly, it hasn't broken after dozens of uses, and I often knock it over because it is so light, the hose is short, the cord doesn't rewind automatically, and it doesn't seem to be made for standing upright. It's fine for what it is, but I'm not going to buy another Eureka again. Vacuum makers like this should get taxed extra for filling landfills. I upgraded to the Bissell Cleanview Complete Pet and gave this to my parents; it's just fine as an extra vacuum.Helpful? Please click to let me/Amazon know! ;-D Thanks!!

Great suction in spite of plastic feel
This vacuum has great suction, superior to much more expensive sweepers I've had in the past. For the money, this product is hard to beat (I've purchased two and received another one from a relative.) Two drawbacks though - the body of the vacuum itself gets very dusty, probably due to the rather cheap hose and sweeper fittings. The other complaint I have is that the dirt container is difficult to open and close when emptying the cannister. I would be very willing to pay more for this vacuum if these two improvements were made. That being said, I'm willing to put up with these flaws because of the terrific suction.

This vacuum sucks... the way it's supposed to!
In the process of moving, our old vacuum died, leaving us vacuum-less. After checking out Amazon, I noticed this Eureka AS2113A vacuum on sale, and it had pretty good reviews, so we decided to purchase it. Thanks to Prime shipping, we got the vacuum two days later... when you have two cats and friends with allergies, it's never good to be without a vacuum for long!I'm happy to say that this vacuum deserves its high rating. The vacuum was easy to put together and isn't huge - it easily fits in the corner of our front closet. Using it for the first time, we noticed that there wasn't a lever to lean the body of the vacuum back, but instead there is a button on the lower part that it less noticeable. The vacuum suction is good, picking up pet hair and cat litter, and it's able to pick up particles from corners. It's not too loud either. We haven't had to use any of the attachments yet, but there is a brush attachment and an extender so that you can get into places where the base of the vacuum won't fit. This is a good vacuum that I was lucky to get for a good price, and I'm happy with this purchase.
