IDENTIFICATION / COMPOSITION: Tomato 85% Organic maize starch 13-15% (depending on tomato acidity) Organic sugar 0-2% (depending on tomato acidity)
ASPECT: Tomato red Flakes. Powder light red colour with typical tomato like odour and taste.
PROPERTIES: It does not add acidity and brings out the full flavour of the tomato, giving a fantastic texture.
APPLICATIONS: Pastries and other preparations. Stirring the product in liquids, it will re-hydrate and get a pulpy to liquid product, in correspondence to the added amount.
STORAGE: Storage away from heat and moisture, preferably at a temperature inferior to 20ºC and low humidity in well closed original packaging.
