I have been using the Seven Minerals Cellulite Magnesium Spray for approximately three weeks now, on a daily basis. To be honest, I found this product accidentally, while searching for oral magnesium supplements. I had no idea that magnesium supplementation via skin absorption was even an option. I have been considering magnesium supplementation for migraines and mild anxiety that I have been dealing with over the last few years. When I came across this product, I was more than willing to give this a try, since not only was I looking to increase my magnesium levels internally, but like most women my age, I do have cellulite on the back of my upper thighs and buttocks. I was hoping this would be a simple, yet effective solution for the migraines, my mild anxiety, as well as the cellulite. When using daily, I applied a total of approximately two tablespoons on my abdomen and the back of my thighs and butt area. I massage the oil in for two to three minutes per area with a plastic cellulite massager/brush mitt (I purchased mine on amazon as well). I have noticed a moderate reduction in cellulite in my thigh and butt area (around 30-40% reduction) and minimal reduction in cellulite (maybe 20% reduction) in my abdominal area. As for the migraines and anxiety, I really haven’t noticed much of a difference, although this product does not claim to reduce either anyhow. This formulation is more specific to reducing cellulite than anything else, and it does as promised. I don’t think that there is a single product, whether an oil, lotion, supplement, or even a piece of equipment that single handedly gets rid of cellulite. Diet, exercise, hydration and genetics also play a part in the development and severity of cellulite as well. For the money, I do think this product works well. It does what it claims to do. The only downfall when using this oil is that it does cause me to itch, but only in the areas in which I apply it. The “itchiness” lasts about ten minutes or less. This is not due to a problem with the oil. This is oftentimes expected when magnesium is applied to the skin, and especially when an individual’s magnesium levels are low to begin with. It’s not a negative. It means the product is working is all. Whether or not someone is willing to tolerate this, is entirely up to the individual using it. It’s not pleasant by any means, but I have learned to deal with it, since I do believe the oil is working. I am hoping that in three or four more weeks, this will subside as my magnesium levels gradually increase. As of three days ago, I did start taking oral magnesium supplements (for the migraine and anxiety issue). Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

I am not really seeing any changes in the cellulite on my legs. It says give it 90 days and has a money back guarantee but the guarantee is only for 30 days so I am not really sure how you are supposed to test it out and get a refund it does not work since the refund policy and the recommended usage time for results do not match up. It does help with other magnesium related issues but as for what it is advertised for I have not seen any changes. Due to the refund policy not matching the 90 days to see results policy, I am not sure I am going to buy another bottle since there really are no guarantees.

Even though picture shows 2 each of bath and hand towel, and headline description says set of 2, this is actually 1 each of hand and bath towel. This is clearer in body of the description.

Works!!! It is itchy as expected but after a few uses it starts to not be so bad. I had no idea about the history of magnesium and how badly we are deprived and NEED it in our bodies. I love that it comes with a PDF book that was extremely informative. This stuff will last a long time, the bottle is pretty big. Very fair for the price!

Mine came leaking all and it looks like there is supposed to be some sort of stopper under the lid, I couldn’t figure out what was going on. Until we finally ran it under water and it had a pretty big hole in it and the lid wasn’t properly closed. I imagine it was a manufacturing flaw but it was a mess and quite a bit was gone. I’d like to order more of this but I feel like I just wasted money on the one I just received.

I’ve used this product about a week and already see it is reducing the appearance of cellulite. That said, it really smells awful, it if it works, the odor has to be accepted. It really stings a lot for about 5 minutes, but then both the odor and stinging slowly dissipate. I am developing red spots and am not sure if they’re from this product or a medication I just started 2weeks ago. Also, the sprayer clogged after 1st use, so the company needs to replace that with one that works or change to a different cap. Luckily I had an old cap that works to put a tsp. or so into my palm, which I mix with Lubriderm lotion to add moisture, which also helps to minimize the stinging, as applying product straight out of bottle stings a lot. Is it worth it? Time will tell. I will skip a day or two to see if red spots go away to know if it’s the medication or the magnesium “spray”. Also, what is the “pdf” that another reviewer mentioned, and how is that sent to a purchaser? I am not aware of being sent any informative pdf.

I love this product so much. I bought the magnesium spray. The only issue that I have is the sprayer was broken when the bottle arrived at my home. Excellent customer service. It was replaced immediately.
