Descent Second Edition: Stewards of the Secret

Fantasy Flight is known for their high quality products, and this is no exception. The miniatures in this expansion rival those from CMON. As the Overlord, I found that these monsters don't do anything super unique, but they do allow for more options, which is always fun. The heroes are very interesting might be put to more use. All in all, very happy.

Really cool addition. The only disappointment is that the Heroes do not come with their own class cards stack or equipment. They only have their Hero sheet. So, you will need to match them to other classes you have within the archetype which is fine, however, me personally I enjoy having each character having at least their starting equipment match what is depicted on their sheet and their own unique skill sets. For the price you pay for this expansion I was expecting classes and equipment to accompany the heroes. That being said, though, still really cool figurines and heroes as well as really challenging creatures to add to the game.
