How it Works the purple and Blue pigments in our purple Shampoo remove yellow and Orange brassy tones by using the science behind colour theory. In colour theory, purple and blue are site to yellow and Orange on the colour wheel. So when you apply purple and Blue pigments to yellow and Orange brassy toned hair, an optical illusion is created. Leaving you with whiter, brighter looking hair. This effect is temporary so we recommend to use the purple Shampoo and conditioner once a week or every other Wash.
