No sensitivity setting, defeating the alarm
Everything works except the detection sensitivity. It's so highly sensitive the alarm is basically worthless. They need to have a setting for it. And a detection area would be helpful. It does have sound detection. And supposedly 'humanoid detection', but it can only be enabled on top of regular detection and detects many non-humanoid motions. Tested working on T-Mobile MNVO Usmobile and Google Fi.Edit 2: it seems the disconnecting below was with just one device.Edit: the device disconnects 4G daily and there's no way to reconnect beside pushing the reset button once on the side (keeps settings). Sometimes putting near wifi will get a connection. I've tried to debug this over many attempts, to no avail. So pretty much worthless as a remote viewing 4G device. I think I occasionally get Powercut alarms, but there is no way to reconnect to the video in the app.

Could not get 3G or 4G to work.
Description says it works with 3G / 4G / LTE but I could not get that to work. I spent several frustrating hours in T-Mobile and AT & T stores and with prepaid data cards. It worked on wifi but the instructions with device are lacking in how to make the LTE connection work. As far as I can tell the cellular SIM card activation requires that the device have an IMEI number, but the camera device does not have an IMEI number. Sent several emails to the listed helpline contact but they did not provide any helpful information. Too bad, I hoped it would work. I am returning it.

Not as advertised.
The camera does not recognize my microcard, and when I went to the ATT store to get a sim card they couldn't find the IMEI number. I contacted customer service and this was there response. The device has no IMEI number, it has UID number. So as far as a baby monitor tied to WIFI it works OK, but using SD card and Cellular Connection forget about it!

Expensive paperweight
Not sure if it actually works or not. QR code necessary for installation does not work and manufacturer will not provide a solution or even answer me. A Google search turns up no website or contact information for the company. Amazon should really reconsider selling this useless product. Sending back my original purchase as well as the replacement they sent.

Waste too much time getting it to work, down more than on.
Aww, can't do a negative star. Down time crazy, not much of a security camera. Even connecting remotely, down. App ridiculous. Do not waste your money or time on this one. The only thing going for it is the size. What a let down.

4G works great on this device, and so does everything else as a whole
Put this using FamilyMobile 4G service on my sailboat to make sure I don't get any unwanted visitors while I'm not there. All I did was slap in the SIM card and it has worked perfectly. Night vision is amazing as I can assure you it is pitch black inside my boat. Catches everything that is human, with no false alarms.
